To contact her or not?

My ex contacted me again after a long time apart. We decided to date and start over again. Everything was fine for a few week and going well then all of a sudden she just ignored me for no reason. she wont return my calls or my messages. She has been hurt badly in a previous relationship and this stops her moving forward even though it was over ten year ago. She just cant let it happen even though its what she wants. I dont know what to do. The more i message her the more it feels im pushing her away but by doing nothing i just feel so helpless. I've told her she has to open up to me and it will help but she cant. Please help, this is really getting to me. The thing is, is that it has happened before, we've got back together then she gets scared and left again. I'd love any advice..

Im afraid that it won't change unless she takes the steps to tackle her issues. And maybe its worth going to see her in person and tell her how much you care and encourage her to go to her doctor to talk to someone about it and thats all you can do and if you do do it and seem to get through to her than that's a start. And if not then as hard as it may be if she never going to get help then your just be wasting you life. I wish you all the best. Lauren
