In love with someone who seems completely uninterested

Right, i'll try and keep this short. I met a girl at uni who i really liked, massively attracted to her. We seemed to get on pretty well, we are quite similar people I think. I'm a nice guy and i kinda get the feeling she respects me in some ways for my values and wisdom. But here comes the messy bit - We never really developed a strong relationship, only met each other a few times, we went to the cinema once, i met her at eco community event, we met in coffee shops a couple of times, we were even planing on maybe setting up an eco kids club together. How she was really busy with uni work, and our relationship kinda started to drift off. I then started to tell her i liked her. she said she was seeing someone. i then kept emailing her telling her i love her. this ofcourse scared her away and she blocked me on facebook. for the last 3 years i've been sending her messages telling her i love her. i completley regret it. she seems to want completely nothing to do with me. i also found out recently that she is in a relationship now with another women. I dont know guys. I swear i love her. I havent stopped thinking about her for 3 years. everyday fuckin day. im massively in love with her. i want her more than anything. what can i do. the police wont allow me to contact her again. does she maybe like me? please can someone help me?

I will keep it short aswell. Your only thinking of yourself and your side. I've met a few women I would love to be with and yes they like me too But they are ALREADY MARRIED. You think just because your in love she should submit to YOUR love and give up all else in her life? There is only a relationship if both agree on it. If one forces or convince another, it's going to go wrong for sure. We can't have anything we want in life and thats the reality in live. Relax, theres nothing wrong being single. If you can't live with just yourself do you think people would like to live with you?
