School play + jealousy

Hi, I need to know your opinions. My boyfriend has the starring role in a school play, it's really important for him my attendance but I don't want to go because he will be playing the role of a charming princea and the main problem is the girl who's going to play the role of the princess, I can't stand her she is really annoying. I don't feel jealous when he talks with other girls, it's just her! Should I go and watch the play? I don't want to go but if I didn't, I would probably feel bad. It is important for him and I wouldn't show trustfulness.

just tell him you have other plans that week you forgot about (working , babysitting, taking care of elderly family, etc) then there wont be a huge issue for either of you
