Confused and in a spiral

Me and my gf have bin together for almost three years now and she is my everything. But she still didn't trust me, I'm starting to come out of my she'll and meet people and enjoy talking too friends more now in my life but my gf seems to not trust me around other girls and is always scared that I'm going to break up with her... i dont know what to do because I don't want to have to choose between her and my friends :'( but all this distrust and being afraid of me ending things is starting too make me push her away... what can I do?

thats a hard , does that mean you used to be very shy before you 2 started going out? if so thats understandable from both sides, shes just acting this way because shes not used to it but all you need to do is say to her every single day that you see her that you love her and tell her you will keep saying it until shes no longer insecure about you making new friends atleast thats what i would do sorry if its not much help.
