Girlfriend lost her career in police through me

I had a parnter of 4 years, baby, house, cars, dog etc i had everything going for me. im a solicitor and shes a police officer. I had a baby to a woman prior to meeting my parnter but due to being young and stupid i didnt have much to do with her. My girlfriend never liked this and drove a massive wedge between my family (who does have something to do with my first born) and me, it has being going on for over 3 years now and building up and building up. The house is in her name as im self employed and couldnt get a mortgage and so is most of our housing debt i.e bills, furniture etc. she started to drive this wedge in deeper and deeper until i couldnt go to see my own mam without having lectures about any conversation that may have taken place about my first born. It got to a point where i didnt see my family and freinds and she had me over a barrell by saying if i did go to see my first born she would take everything off me including my second child.At this point i had to go on anxiety tablets due to being mentally unstable through worrying about things. I flipped out and rang the police stating that my partner had made a fraudulent claim about a piece of jewellery - she lost a watch, claimed on the house insurance then found the watch but it had stopped working and had been water logged or steamed up by something so it had no value but she just kept it anyway. I phoned the police thinking they might just scare her but didnt think the whole thing through. She got arrested and cautioned for fraud and lost he job. I feel like a complete piece of s**t, i cant believe i did it to the woman i love but i did it in anger at the time. Now im homless and have lost everything, i miss her and our baby so so much i cant bare it. can someone please tell me what they think or what i should do next please?
