Why do they always seem to fail?

I am so confused. I am not even 30 and I feel like I am loosing the man I have been with for five years. My Fiance and I have been together since 2008 and have been through a lot. I met him right after my ex husband and I split due to him cheating and I finally opened my eyes to his bull and ended the marrige after 6 years and five kids. My now fiance sweeped me off my feet and showed me I can truely love another person and have faith in that person. However here I sit five years later having the same feelings. I learned from my first marriage and changed so many things. I mean I do everything for this man. Cook, clean, do laundry he literally does nothing but work. I am there for his every need. I take care of all the kids including his which all together there are nine. We never have bedroom problems, Infact he always tells everyone how great it is. But I still feel like I am going nowhere in this relationship. I think I am driving him away sometimes. Please help any advise or opinions would be great.

I think you're over reacting and freaking our about every little wrong thing because of your previous marriage, to me, everything sounds like its going great!

I could see how you think everything is great. But its not a fairy tale. What I didn't say was how he hides everything from me. Let me explain, he will call or chat online with old girlfriend's or new female friends only when I'm not around. He will even go as far as locking his cell or computer profile so I can't look even if I try. But yet if I was to do the same he would freak out. I can also honestly say I haven't had more then five minutes to myself in three or more years. I haven't been able to go and get a hair cut in three years or been able to go and get clothes that fit. I have lost 40lbs naturally since Jan and have nothing that fits. If I was to talk him into letting go at least find a pair of jeans he would make me feel like complete crap after I get home. It's like I'm trapped and am being controlled.

Try telling him again how you feel. And if you really need new clothes that bad, and you deal with the bills, you should set aside money each week for a new shirt and wear it a week after you receive it, & say you have alwa had it & you found it. And ask him if you look good in it. He won't catch on. But if this continues and he doesn't change maybe you should try moving out for a little while so reality sets in
