Boyfriend or ex?

Me and my current boyfriend have been together almost 6 months and i really like him alot. Now my exboyfriend had wrecked 2 fridays ago and was in the hospital up till yesterday. Ever since he wrecked I have had some feelings for him I had thought I lost. Today I saw him in the lobby visiting and I ran up to him and hugged him. Before I went back to class mindlessly I kissed him on the check and told him I love you and since then I can't think straight. I am not sure if I just feel really sypathetic for him and I just care a lot or if I still have feelings for him. I don't know who to chose...

Oh my.. well, try to remember the reasons why you and your ex broke up. Keep them in mind and don't forget them. If even your feelings are mixed after reminding yourself, make a list. I know that sounds weird, but weigh the pros and cons of each guy. The one who out-weighs the other is obviously where you're heart is heading. Or an additional option is to break up with the boyfriend that you have now and just get your mind straight!

Well the only reason I broke up with my ex was because my family made me feel like we shouldn't have even been together by always talking bad about him but he was a great boyfriend and a great guy overall and at times I regret leaving him but now I'm stuck between the two. I just have no idea how to tell who I care and love more and who cares and loves me more.
