Do I reconnect with old friends I miss a lot but who were mean?

When I was in college, I had a very large group of friends. We did everything. We laughed, went to parties and just had so much fun. I was the happiest I've ever been. In my senior year, things started to turn. Drama started and everyone became catty. It was my turn to get the drama. They were so mean to me and spread rumors so I left. I blocked everyones numbers and facebooks and deleted them. Now two years later, I'm so lonely and I have very little friends. I miss them so much I think about them many times a day. I really want to unblock them and reconnect and see how things are. Should I? I know "people don't change" but I want to try. I miss how things were so much. I've tried for two years to move on and NOTHING is working. I've got a job, a boyfriend, hobbies and nothing works. Do I try and connect or keep trying to move on?

Even though they did wrong you in the past. Reconnect with them, see how it's going. The past is the past. Just make sure you don't get too close to them too soon

babe never disconnect as u may think it will make them realise ur worth but babe nobody cares in the end everybody will soon forget who u r... n it will be uh who will be left with nothing.. which u have experienced... people are bitchy at time bt u know it maintains the spice in ur life i think u shoul reconnect n maintain a bit distance as weel which is hang with them party all day night but at the end dont indulge in to any catty stuff as i think u hate it.... be nice to evry1 but not too much also as excess of sweetness is also not bearable it looks fake... just love urself and the people around uh soon u vl b loved n acceptd by every1 n neva again try to disconnect as the world wont care to connect with uuh again...
