Online cheat

I have been seeing someone who is married. We recently agreed to stop the relationship. He is now threatening to go to the authorities as someone is sending him e.mails. I do not even have his e.mail address and told him if he accuse me i myself will go to the authorities and to never send me texts like this again. He sent me an accusing text and when i said the e.mails where nothing to do with me he started being all nice as if he was then scared that he has got the wrong person. Is there anything i can now do about this legally?.
