Pets demise

how does one get over a pets demise or disappearance

when my bunny died i tried to commit suicide. that wasnt the answer.i eventually just moved on with my life. you could try a therapist though.

We had to put our dear collie down 3 years ago. He was such a big part of our life and family. It is very hard and sad for sure. Time will make you feel alot better. At first it was tempting to run out and get another pet. Our daughter really wanted to fill that void quickly. I told her no pet will ever replace the one we had. Lets give it time and wait awhile. I am glad we waited. Although I still miss my dog I am glad we didn't run right out and get another one. Believe me after some time has passed you will feel much better. We never forget our dear buddies but life does get better.
