Should I or shouldn't I?

My boyfriend is not from this country and every year needs to renew his VISA. He's trying to get me to sort out some paperwork to upgrade his VISA he gave me a letter showing me what he wanted to write to the council: I would like you to write me a statement showing or to show that my partner now lives with me. (Is a lie but he wants me to write it). Also the letter should state that he is not working anymore. (Is another lie he works nearby me 20hrs a week.) *end of letter* so I would like some help should I help him or not? He's calls me I avoid his calls he comes over for example the other day I didn't answer his calls he came to door and banged it loudly while my son was sleeping luckily he didn't wake up. What should I do?
