Wax build up in my ears

I have a problem with my ears, and I know what it is because I have been to the doctor for it twice! I have a hard time hearing out of my right ear, and I found out that it is caused by ear wax buildup. I clean my ears out after every shower, but it doesn't matter becasue I still have it! My doctor said that Debrox is what I could use to cure it. It is a bit on the pricey side, so I used the off brand of it, and it works just as good, if not better!

It also causes sinus infections! Get help immediately if you have these problems: 1. Severe to moderate deafness in one ear that is off and on 2. Severe to moderate pains that are pounding 3. Head pains, not headaches, head pains
