Puzzled

I've been single a and celibate for 10 yrs I met a woman on linel. We text every nite and quick hellos during the day as we both work. She lives with her ex supposedly for the children but is planning a move @ the right time..tells me the just exist. No sex no kind of relationship hardly speak to each other. Am I stupid and should I back off?
