Leave it or pursue it

Was talking to a guy for a while. Before being intimate for the first time I talked a lot of bullshit about not wanting to be easy due to only knowing him for a while. finally ended up having sex that did not go so well. Was a virgin at the time. Afterwards said he wanted to just be friends. Should I try for second chance if sex was bad. Or should I just move on. really need advice.

Good or bad sex is not the reason people want to be together, it is about how you feel for that person, and the fact that it was your first time and he now wants to be friends? tells me he was just in it for himself, otherwise he would have been more understanding and caring, and wanted to see you again.

True. He should have been more understanding . Afterwards he was like the stuff I was saying to him got to him. I guess I stressed him out. We are college students so I shouldn't expect a commitment lifelong marriage from him. Maybe we should just talk about. Would that help?

Molly89 of course you can always talk about it, and it may help clear the air, hope it turns out ok even if it is just that you are relaxed about the whole thing afterwards, it can be closure at lease for you, never know he may not be that experienced himself, and probably got worried he would be trapped or something, at the end of the day communication is everything

just because does mean he is experienced at sex, he could be a lousy lover who has no idea what turns a woman on, and to me it seems even worse that he has had sex and treated you that way, you deserve better.
