Confused about his intensions

A friend of 3 years and I have been recently talking a lot more. For the past 3 months he has texted me or facebook messaged me almost every day. He is the one who always initiates the conversation even though they can be rather pointless. He has also recently asked to hang out at my apartment. When we hang out we listen to music and look through his facebook pictures or watch youtube videos. He never says anything sexual to the point where I would assume that he only wants to sleep with me. He always jokes around and teases me. I want to know if he possibly likes me or if we could ever be more than friends.
