I like my boyfriends best friend

For almost a year, i have liked one of my best guy friends (lets call him joe) until i recently found out one of his best friends (lets call him tim) likes me. I thought he was cute so i got one of my friends to tell him i was interested and we started dating. We're a month into the relationship and im just not feeling it. Im always unsure of my feelings for him and i feel like its really awkward. Last night i had a dream that joe asked me out and talked to me about how to dump tim, and when i woke up i wanted it to be real so badly. Now i just re-discovered my feelings for joe but i dont know what to do about tim. I still want to be friends with him but im terrified of ending the relationship since our friendship might end too. Plus, i doubt joe will date me anytime soon since hes such good friends with tim. I just dont know what to do anymore.
