Overzealous wannabe

I met this guy online and the way he described himself was as out of shape. After we talked for a while he showed me a picture and he was completely not my style and it didn´t click with me. So i told him that and that i most likely would never develop any feelings fo him but i wouldn't mind if we kept talking. Soon after he started asking all these questions and i don't really know what to do anymore. I don´t want to be cruel but i dont want to lead him on. Also, he already said that he feels attracted to me and doesn't give up.

I would just be honest and remind him your still just talking as friends and if he can't handle that maybe you guys shouldnt keep talking so he doesn't get too attached
