Disturbing sexual dream

My fiancé woke up this morning and stated that she was hurt by me in a dream. In the dream she had been told forcefully to have sex with a friend of mine against her will by me. She stated in the dream that she did not want to do it but because I was so forceful she did, thinking that once I saw her in the act, would then stop her. Later on in the dream she states that I also attempted to force her to have sex with one of her female friends. I'm a little concerned that maybe there is more to this than just a dream.

Dear S Leo - This seems more like a nightmare than a dream to me. You are correct that 'dream therapy' would assign more meaning to dreams than the surface meaning. Is there any stress in her life right now? Does she feel forced to do anyhting right now, that you know of? Had she seen any sexually disturbing material before going to bed or in the past few days? Maybe the 'sex' is a substitute for another action? You could investigate by reading up on 'dream theory' in psychology. Did she find the nightmare disturbing? Let us hear what you find...Whatsup
