My family could lose their home

I am a young married man from Jordan I communicate with you in the hope that you will understand my situation and my needs , and believe me when I say I am ashamed of myself , but the circumstances of my life is that forced me to stand before you this embarrassing situation and ask the owners of good help. This is my story : In 2008, My father caused a traffic accident between him and another car , The damages were not significant but was among the occupants of that car toddler is suffering from macular palsy, and it seems that the accident caused an increase in the impact of the Sickness which affected the rest of his body which is no longer Even able to move. We put the child in the best hospitals and my father paid on him nearly 35,000 U.S. Dollars but to no avail , and then his parents raise the child's case on court against my father , Claiming that the whole of what the child has of Sickness was caused by accident only , and because his father has relations in the state he withdraw all child's medical papers from all hospitals which prove that the child was infected with the disease before the accident . After four years of the case , Our lawyer told us that our position in the case is very weak , and that they can take nearly 120,000 U.S. dollars , and if we are not able to pay the money they will be selling our family house and he will go to jail , My father could not bear the news and suffered a heart attack and passed away in Oct 2013. I am the eldest son tried to communicate with them to find a solution but they refused . The case is now in the court did not issue a decision yet and we are threatened with the loss of our home and the displacement of mom and my brother , who is still at university and my sister that have not yet married , and I with my limited income I can not find another house other than my rented home to my family . This brief story , and once again you will not believe what I am tight and ashamed of myself for doing this work , But I'm worried about my family and our home.
