Confused about a girl

Hello I am 14 and a freshman male and I have a huge crush on this junior girl,sounds simple right?Well , I guess it should be but it isn't for me. My friends told me to wait and see if she likes me but I can't tell if she does or not.We are on the wrestling team together and she is always my partner and she always starts out super smiley and making jokes and stuff then she gets serious when I try to make jokes.Outside of wrestling practice every morning she comes over and talks with me for a few minutes about one thing or another and she makes jokes and smiles then walks away.My friends all say that she is flirting with me but I am bad at seeing that sort of thing,and terrible at flirting.my friends think she has a crush on me because she comes and talks to me every now and then, then she leaves and talks to her friends.Also today was our very last wrestling practice of this season and I started joking and told her that this could be the last time we practiced together and is swear she got super sad I felt so terrible.This is the first practice that we were both joking around with each other for and I swear she wouldn't take her eyes off me.At the end of practice before I went home she did something completely out of character she started punching me (like guys do when they are messing with each other) then she started wrestling me for no reason at all.Plus I think I saw her biting her lip when she was looking at me, she stopped right as I looked at her but she was biting her lip AND looking at me.What do you guys think?Do you think she likes me or is it all in my head?

Invite her out somewhere, just the two of you. Choose somewhere that encourages communication (coffee shop, lunch, park, etc.) and see what she says. If she says yes, she's probably interested. Don't call it a date. Just play it cool and see her reaction and then go from there. Good luck
