Let go or not?

I was involved romantically with a girl for a month, eventhough I was going to study abroad, I didnt plant for it to happen but it happened and I had a strong connection with her, and after I traveled we maintained contact for the next two weeks and after a video call that went amazing the next couple of days she didnt talk anymore. so after about a month I sent her a a letter and asked her why did this happen, an she said that I'm a perfect man for her but she was not ready to go into a relationship from the first place and she tried that maybe she will, but she didnt so we argued, and now eventhough I'm abroad and there is a lot of girls around, I just cant get her out of my head I just want to know if there is any chance that I could get her back.

Doctorlove, She will determine if you guys get back together. She will make that decision if/when she needs to. She gave you her reasons at the time...accept them, because you can't make her have a relationship with you. In the meantime, put your efforts into your life and your studies. The more you dwell on it, the more it'll drag you down.

It looks like she has set some limits for herself like no relationship right now etc. Probably in that video chat she crossed some imaginary boundary she had set for herself. Thats why the non communication after that. Its a natural tendency to go silent while we get back to where we want our mind to get. Don't break off with her, keep in touch but keep it light and fun. In the meanwhile concentrate on your studies thats equally important coz that will also speak about your seriousness of decisions and adhering to it. There is a chance you could win her back but that will only be with time and when she is ready.
