Should I wait for more signs or should I take it that she likes me? Long answer

I've been working with this girl for a few weeks now and I have the biggest crush on her. I don't know if she notices it or not. anyway, whenever I go around her, she gets really embarrassed and shy. She sometimes looks at me for few seconds and looks down shy. Does that mean that she likes me. She also asks other people if I'm working and to go say hi or something. Wait.. There is a part that I left out. I learned from some other guy that she has a boyfriend, but the way she acts around me doesn't show it. should I tell her that i like her? or should i wait for more signs? Sorry, but if i tell her and i get rejected than im gonna have to change shifts or quit that job because i will have a problem seeing her or be around her. she's just perfect!

DJ, ask her if she has a BF, that's the sure way to find out. 'Man up' and take the rejection on the chin if she has. It doesn't necessarily mean it'll be forever. If you quit the job, or change shifts, you'll be showing her how weak you are and you'll never know what can happen in the future with her, because you won't be there!

Donot drag things, until it gets worse. The sooner the clarification, the better it goes.

I would say it sounds like she likes you or at least thinks your cute. she just might be shy. i would just start talking to her and see where it goes you might like her maybe later you wont and or you'll find out she has a bf... just talk to her like its no big deal and go from there. hope this helped

Agreed with other replies. You should just casually make conversation since you guys are working together, and shift the convo around to subject of boyfriend/ girlfriend. Then you might get a chance to find out if she really does have a boyfriend, but from the sounds of it, it might be that she likes you/ thinks you are cute. Good luck.
