Just an opinion please?

I really need an advise on my situation... So,two months ago i started talking to somebody online,which is same age(verified),but lives in another country.We talked about everything that concernes teengares today:alkohol,drugs,movies,school-life,music,sexuality.etc.We even advised each other on our problems.We would talk about at least 1 hour per day,so we were a little close.Once he even told me he liked me,but being far away i didn't put too much attention to it,although we passed into''another level'',because he would constantly say he loved me and so.I only liked him a bit.Two weeks ago we started little arguments.They were about non-sense,we would fight a bit,he even told me go find another if you want to.But the next 10 min he apologised and told me he wouldn't bare it and that it would be his fault even if i did something like that,because he wouldn't accomplish what i asked for.It's been two weeks now after our argument and he's been neglecting.A lot.Before we would talk even 3-4 hours per day,now we barely exchange a hello.When i ask him what did he do all day,he says gym and hang out.We even stopped doing things together online,like simulataneously movie-watching,games and etc.Whenever i text him,he responds way too late(like 3 hours late) or not at all.Although i never thought this would affect me,i miss him now and i don't know what to do.Should i quit this?When i asked him if he wanted to once,he prelied with a ''why do you do this''.It's really confusing.What should i do?

See LD's take a lot of effort to work out. From what you have said here, it appears that what he felt was only coz of the time you both spent with each other. Constant fights means there is lack of proper understanding of each other. If understanding is there then there is lack of acceptability of each others faults. Such relationships cannot last long enough into the future. He has probably come out of the spell of this. Hence ignoring you. What you need to do is the same. Ignore him and move on with your life. If he wants you back he will chase you, else forget him.
