Seperated at 11yrs

i have recentley seperated from my partner of 11yrs and totally confused about my feelings. in the 11 years we had been together we had some ups and downs and got through them all, but over the last year my feelings for him dissapeared and we were just going along with it till a few weeks ago when we had a discusion and decided that we would seperate, but since then there has not been one day when i havent cried and when i see him (we have a son togther) i just feel like crying soon as he goes, i dont know wether it is because we were together for so long and i miss his company or i do really still love him deep down? has anyone eles had these feelings? what did you do?

hi there i have been in this situation before and now in my fourth relationship which isnt an easy one,but all i can say is be very strong and positive and try and move on as best you can,i know its difficult when kids are involved but you have to show you are strong for them and in time things should get better,if you feel like you want to chat about anything just re post ,iam good at giving advice but am not too good at dealing with my own problems lol .

Hi, just read your problem, and I think after 11 yrs, problems, children, its difficult sometimes to keep a relationship going, although you have split, doesnt mean its over, everybody needs some breathing space sometime, maybe thats what you both need,

Hi, am just new on here but i just read your post, 11 years is long! an plus you have a child with him, i know what you mean about your feelings may have disappeared for him, but maybe thats cause you both been together for soo long, yoy may have taken each other for granted you maybe lil bored and thats why you both need a break/space to spend a lil time alone... but than again you dont know what you got till its gone..but i think you should just give it a lil break.. but not break up... every r/ship have ups and downs.. but am sure its not that weak to just let it go like that...
