My husband pawned his wedding ring over 6 months ago because we needed the money. now he as been told he needs to pay £170 altogether to get it back. He said he was going to pay £100 this month then £70 next month. He gets paid on friday and will have £1000 left to spend as he likes. I asked why he isn't paying all the money off since he will have it, he said something which I cannot remember at all but it wasnt that he will pay it all off. He as said he likes wearing the ring and he keeps feeling for it even thou its not there so why not get it instead of only paying so much here and there? I feel really hurt and I think its because truthfully he doesn't want it because then he will have to wear it. The ring belonged to his grandmother. I have not worn mine for as long as he hasnt and when we have argued in the past I have taken it off and gave him it back. Its like showing him I dont want to be married to him and have no cconnection with him. We lived abroad and he pawned his mothers wedding and engagement rings in but never got them back, again for the money and he says he regrets he didnt get them and I told him to leave the wedding ring at the pawn shop since he doesnt want to get it back less he would of paid for it all in one go but he said he will get it because he wants to wear it. Even if he pays £100 this month next month he will probably say he wont have enough cash to get it and they have added interest. I just feel now that we are both not committed and wonder why we are together

Sunshine- I really looks like you and your husband have a lot of issues. I have read some of your other posts and I really think you need to make a decision in your mind as to what you want out of a relationship. It really seems like you are not happy with being in this relationship. The no wedding ring, the deleted call history, you feel he was ignoring you and being too flirty with your sons girlfriends mom, you even got upset because he cut himself a large slice of cake on his birthday. I honestly don't know how you two have stayed together this long. Maybe you should split up for a week or two. Revaluate how you feel about each other. After being in a relationship for so long may be you each are taking each other for granted. You two need some time apart. It really sounds like you are just fed up with him, you have no trust left for him. When did that start? Has it always been that way?
