Boyfriend isn't affectionate

I recently realised my boyfriend was being distant with me so i asked him why and he said he finds it hard being affectionate with me anymore. He also said he still loves me and im the best girlfriend hes ever had and doesnt want to feel like this but he cant help it. In the beginning everything was great and he was really affectionate and couldnt do enough for me but its mainly been since we moved in together 3 months ago that things have changed, i do know what to do or where to go from here am i just fighting a lost cause by staying with him and trying to make it work?

Ive asked him what the reason is and he said that he didnt know, i also asked if he was still attracted to me and he said yes he thinks im beautiful, i just dont understand whats happened and he doesnt seem to either!

Maybe the two of you are spending too much time together. If things turned sour when you moved in together then maybe you could both benefit greatly from some time apart. Go out with your girlfriends and encourage him to go out with his boys, if you have an honest and trusting relationship then this shouldn't be a problem for either of you. The loss of affection doesn't mean you have to break up, maybe you just need to miss each other again?
