My boyfriend says I can't help him

hi can somebody help me? my bf is facing some issues that's not related to me. i told him not to worry since it's been so long ago, let's hope nth happens. he said to me not to tell him to hope or get over it whatsoever, it isn't helping. he says he feels sucky that i can't even help him. whenever there's some problems and i try to be there, he always says i don't understand or i can't help. But I'm always helping him with so many things. from making a phone call to ask if they have the things he wants in stock to booking faciliities etc.. I told him that he should knows that I try to help him with whatever I can and it's not that i don't want to help but how can i help? and he gave me 2 words.: "Ok then"... I haven't replied since, I don't know what to say, I don't know if I should apologize or anything. He hasn't said anything else other than that either. Please, can someone tell me what to do, thanks so much

give him some space. You cant fix all of his problems. Some problems don't even have a solution. Just tell him you are there if he needs to vent of wants some advice and then drop it. I get annoyed when my boyfriend wants to fix stuff that cant be fixed or just wont leave me alone about an issue that I just wanted to vent about. Makes me not want to tell him anything anymore.
