I have no energy and have been suffering from lack of sleep, ive also had a terrible headache for part two weeks and not hungry at all. I have been eatin and drinkin well tho. My blood pressure is low causing me dizziness. The doctor took a urine sample which came back wit mild protein in, so another one has been sent of. Is all this normal and im jus gettin first time mum nerves? Help.

i think it is normal but you must take vitamins to have energy and you must eat healthy food at first for your child and then for you,and dont forget about sleep.

Were you on any medications that you had to stop because of the pregnancy? If so, that might be a factor. Drink plenty of liquids. I think most new moms are nervous towards the mid to late months of there pregnancy. I think the morning sickness might be making you feel that way also. Remember to take your prenatal vitamins. Also the low energy, feeling the way you do might be depression due to being pregnant but that usually can occur after the baby is born (ppd) I remember feeling like you and it wasen't nerves as much as it was morning sickness. I felt naesua and had low energy. The lack of sleep as well but i've always had problems with sleeping at times so i don't no if that was related. It might be something unrelated to your pregnancy. Definitly go to the doctor and even get a second opinion if you can.
