Gone off me?

Me and my current girlfriend have only been together for about 5 months but it is like nothing I have ever had before. She is amazing and exactly what I look for in a woman. We started the first few months amazingly, saw each other all the time and our sex life was great. She did warn me that when she gets 'comfortable' in a relationship her sex drive decreases but doesn't stop. The last month or so she has been really off with me and hardly showing any affection at all. When I asked her about it she said that she loved me and that I'm everything she looks for in a guy and doesn't want to break up but also wants to be single and that she's really confused. We have tried spending time apart but she says that doesn't work cause she always wants to see me but when she does she doesn't want to do anything "couple like". I'm not really willing to let her go and we are currently trying being together and holding off the affection but I have a horrible feeling that, that will lead to the "I think we are better as friends" talk. Any advice would be gratefully received.

Well my friend went through this exact experience, he broke up with his girlfriend because he wanted to be single. he was in the worst of moods for weeks, so we talked and he said he still loved her, but that was the only reason he wanted to be with her. so i said, "of all the reasons to be with someone isn't being in love with them the most important", so ask her what she wants and let her decide, because she knows you'll still be there in the end. hope it helps, and good luck. :)
