I really need help!

My boyfriend and I have a long distant relationship. He lives in Texas and I live in Washington. See, my parents didn't know about him, but i finally broke down and told my mom how in love i was with him. I made plans for my boyfriend to come and see me, and as impossible as it was, it seemed to work out. The only problem was his mom wouldn't let him. Finally he stood up to his mom and told him how much he really cared about me, and how important this was to him. His mom agreed to let him go as long as he could talk to my mom first. Although, my mom has no problem with it, but she says it won't be possible because he has nowhere to stay. I couldn't find him a motel or hotel that was in his price range. The only way it would work was if he stayed with me and my house. I feel as though my boyfriend did his share but i cant fulfill mine. My dad is very power hungry and has anger management problems, if he were to find out about this boy he would go insane and talk about "meeting boys on the internet." My mom told me this is a very sensitive topic about long distant relationships because it's what made them almost get a divorce before. I can have the boy of my dreams here for a visit if i can just talk it over with my dad. The only problem is i am really scared of him. How can i bring this up to him? I'm so close, and time is running out! What do i do!? What can i say!?
