Hitting bottom, I think

I'm hoping that i can get some info here before I turn to family as I have down a couple times before. I'm a 28 year old male. I will just start... I have two outstanding warrants for my arrest. 2 misdemeanour charges of DUI. I failed to follow probation by having a binge drinking night and thinking I could show up to my jail weekends sober and on time. Not the case. One week later I broke my foot, was in a boot for the following 2 months. Hinch the reason i did not turn my self in. I then was stacked up with medical bills, credit card bills and my student loans. Never filled for unemployment. I moved down state to start working as soon as i could hoping i could save some money for a better lawyer than a public defender and try to pay off some debts that were coming in from everywhere. Well in the process of this my truck was repossessed by ford and that ended my vehicle. I took a seasonal position at a tree company for the pay. As all this was going on come to find out that i am being sued for an outstanding debt owed to an apartment complex from prior years. My bank account was then wiped clean to a grand total of $750 out of $5,200 owed. The court order is still in process for those charges. This last month i was givin a mail order notice that my loans have increased $30,000 since i deferred my student loans. From $20,000 to $50,000. The lender is sallie mae and i attended a trade school. My loans are cosigned through my grandparents, and the outstanding Ford repo loan is in my mothers name as well as mine. My educational level is next to none. The trade school was unsuccessful and i now match the wages i would of made doing that with the tree service im at now. I've worked 40+ hours a week since i can remember. My work ethic is great and the company's i've worked at have always payed special interest in my employments. Where do i start, do i turn my self in and ask for mercy not to be thrown in jail, risking my grandparents credit, and further more destroying mine and my mothers. I just don't know what to do in this situation.

One things for sure, the outstanding warrants will catch up with you in the end and you will still have to pay the price. Do the right thing now and you will be able to sleep at night. Keep going the way you are going and you will eventually 'hit bottom' as you state where you'll be no good to anyone including yourself. It doesn't matter what the fallout is going to be, if you do nothing about the problem today, it'll still be there tomorrow. You state your work ethic's good, and given your age, you can work yourself out of debt but you have to stand up and 'face the music' first. You are basically proving that you are a positive person by taking seasonal work rather than sitting back feeling sorry for yourself. I personally hit rock bottom years ago where I was off the straight and narrow and although my circumstances a bit different to yours, I 'stood up' and copped it on the chin and turned my life around. I was in debt for yonks but I worked my way out of it. I had bugger all schooling and no trade and I was born with a severe hearing deficiency. One thing it taught me...always remember, where there's a will, there's a way. Good Luck.
