Ex boyfriend problems!!!

My ex broke up with me about a year and a half ago and obviously I want to get him back desperately. The deal is we are both in college at separate schools, but are not too far away from each other. We went to high school together and live in the same area at home. We only have spoken once through Facebook about a year also go when I messaged him to see how he was doing. He responded and told me he hoped I was doing well, but said he had a girlfriend. Now, I know he is single..but this happened very recently. After the break up, we unfollowed each other on social media because it was hard for me to see him all the time online. Last week, he followed me on Twitter, but didn't a send me a message or anything. My account is public, so it is not necessary to follow me to see my profile. Also, he unblocked me on Facebook but didn't friend me. It's been driving me crazy. I don't know what to think about this since he just got out of another relationship. I'm hoping to speak to him soon and hopefully arrange a coffee date or what not. The breakup ended on bad terms though and I'm nervous.

Hi, Can i ask why you broke up before? When a relationship ends i think its easy to just remember the good stuff but there must have been some reason for the split? If you don't want to say why are you sure yourself that you can overcome the reason? also, if you do get back with him are you going to resent him for ending with you and for being with someone else? I know what the social media stuff is like and I get caught up with those silly little details too. its easier said than done but try not to read too much into it. I really think girls are more sensitive and think it all means something when men tend not to in my experience.
