Facing eviction very soon

So as the title states I am indeed facing eviction soon, next month in December to be precise. My landlord unfortunately has been unable to pay his mortgage and as a result me and my mother are being evicted. We were never able to pay the landlord in the first place, being four months behind in rent, but my mom paid what she could and I suppose that the landlord thought it was suffice? Any who, now we must look for a place that not only we can afford but also accepts pets (I have eight dogs!) All of this must be done by next month and I just don't know what to do! The thought of giving away my dogs is horrible but I understand that it needs to be done, they would most likely be better off. Personally, I feel crappy about this whole situation, I have no doubt that the foreclosure would have been inevitable, but I feel that there would be more optimism if I had helped out my mother financially. I am currently a 20 year-old full-time student attending college but I have no job experience whatsoever! I want to help my mom out but really I am at a wits end right now and getting really sick of this poverty stricken life!
