Grandmother is putting drugs in the coffee.

My son graduated with his Masters recently and had to move back home , he had resided with roommates for the last 4 yrs. Their lease was up and he does not need to live so close to campus anymore. He also went through a bad break-up and his job ended. He is a little lost as to what he wants to do next. At 24 yrs old, he is the oldest of my four sons and has always been very driven until now. My mom (his grandmother) feels he just needs a little medication (antidepressants), he does not want to take pills and has met with a counselor to start treatment. Today my mom shared with me that for the last 3 days she has been placing prescription antidepressants in the coffee she makes for him in the morning. This angered me and I am wondering what the heck she is thinking? She over stepped and I told her never to do that again, she rolled her eyes and walked away. I am torn, do I tell my son?
