I don't think my partner of 7 years has ever found me attractive

I have been in a relationship with my Partner for 7 years, she has Manic Depression or as it also called Bi Polar disorder as well as many other medical conditions, she was also abused as a teenager. for the first year we were together I was very much the full time carer and that has in part continued. Very recently we had a what appeared a minor argument, although I have felt for a long time that things were just not right, for example we had no physical contact for 2 years, she never seemed happy, never wanted to do anything and just seemed to go along with things. thinking back over time I don't think we ever had a normal healthy physical relationship, she also never shows any affection, no hugs, touches kisses. We have an age difference of 15 years. She has now told me that she doesn't find me attractive any more and is not sure that she wants to stay together. I was shocked but not completely, having got over that and thinking about what I want, I'm not sure I want to stay with her, in fact I'm not of anything at the moment.... any help is greatly appreciated. J
