WHAT DO I DO ?

recently i haven't been doing too well at varsity , and have been focusing on my studies and pushing really hard , my girlfriend starts fighting with me because i am not giving her time , when in actual fact i was going to campus just to sit next to her while i was studying. soon after my grandfather passed away , so i had to go about 400 km away for the funeral and she demanded that i be back before her paper the next day, i did not make that and she was very upset. about two weeks later my close cousin shot himself … and on the day that he did it i was supposed to attend one of her dance shows , but due to the death i had to leave and travel 400km again … she called me and was swearing me and told me to choose between her funeral and my cousins and similar death threats followed. she had an operation the next week and i made sure i came back for it , i went for an interview and took off from the position almost instantly … and without telling me she cancelled it , now she is upset that aim working during the holidays. She has gone away on holiday for the past week and only told me yesterday, i asked her if we can go out and she said no , and then one of my friends called and asked if we can go out so i asked her if its ok , she burst into anger from that … saying how could i do that after hardly speaking to her for the past week because i am working… i don't know if i have been fair … or if she is over reacting…
