My hair is falling out

I'm a 21 year old female and my hair suddenly fell out this year, as in you can clearly see my scalp through my hair which is now just a thin layer on top of my head. I've been to 3 doctors and they all tell me it's hereditary and all I can do is go on a product called Rogaine. The problem is that I don't believe it really is hereditary, because wouldn't it have fallen out gradually rather than in the course of 6 months? Does anybody have any suggestions as to what could be causing my hair to fall out or what I can do to stop it? So far I've had an allergy test and stopped eating everything I'm allergic to (wheat, dairy, nuts, etc), have began having weekly scalp injections of B12 and Zeele, and have been having cold laser treatments 3 times a week. I'm not sure if any of this is working, but I'm desperate to be honest. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

have you been using a new balsam lately? a friend of mine starts losing hair if she uses balsam. and she loses a LOT! she almost got bald once. And try to eat food with vitamin B1 and B2. Its B1 and B2 that is good for your hair and skin.

I've actually never heard of balsam, is that something people wash their hair with? I always used the same shampoo and conditioner, and only switched to a more gentler one once my hair started clumping out. I'll definately start trying to get more B1 and B2 though. Thanks for your advice, I really appreciate it :)

Yeah, its something you can wash your hair with and some people are allegic to it. And some times the B1 and B2 you get in the food isnt enough, but I think the pharmacy has it so you can buy it there.
