My girlfriend wants to change everything about herself, am i being selfish?

Hi, Im 18 and in a two-year strong relationship with my girlfriend, everything has been great up until recently, where she exspressed her desire to have a completely new hair style (from long to very short) and to have many piercings including tongue and lip, with tattoos all over. Now I am not a demanding guy, but I am honest and my problem is that I LOVE her hair the way it is and yet she is adamant that she wants to change it for no real reason. I have seen what she wants and it just doesn't fit, in my opinion anyway... with piercings I dont mind normally, ears and a nose stud and 'regular' ones I am happy with but I guess im just a guy that doesn't like tongue piercings, I just can not deal with it, It's just a straight reaction i do not like them at all. Tattoos are a grey zone, i like them but not in excess so thats not such a big issue here but still a factor She appreciates and understands my position but she is still sure she wants to do all this and at the end of the day it is her body and I can not argue that. I'm just unsure what to do, am i being selfish? should i be trying to be postive? I guess i just feel like i'm losing the woman i fell in love with. Any help or advice is hugely appreciated and thank you.

Maybe encourage her to make the changes she wants slowly. Cut her hair a little shorter. Get one new piercing or a small tattoo. Maybe you'll decide it doesn't bother you that much. Maybe she'll decide she doesn't want to change her look that dramatically. If you straight up veto every change she wants to make, she might end up resenting you for it. No matter what happens, she'll still be the same person even if she looks different.
