Controlling Parents

I am 21 years old female and my parents are really controlling over my life. They do not allow me to date or go out with any guy friends. I am in a relationship of 3 years and my parents is unaware about it at all. I know it is bad to be keeping it as a secret from them but I am afraid to let them know due to their controlling nature. They get really sensitive when I bring up any guys in our conversation as well. I find it weird because most of my friends who is at my age have parents pushing for them to get a boyfriend, and my parents is doing the other wise. Furthermore, they do not let me to travel with my friends, even if it means neighboring country. I really wanted to travel the world and gain more experiences since than I am young and still have the time to do it. But they do not bother listening to me when I inform them about planning to travel and starlight away reject my request. And by going overseas, I mean only for a few days (less than a week) and not for many months. I am really tired and trap. I am no longer a kid but I feel like they are treating me like one, what should I do? I can't be continuing to hide my relationship and not having the chance to go overseas at this age right? Help me :(
