If this was a 'proper'(for lack of a better term)threesome, both your husband and friend should've have stopped the moment you left. If this was a dinner date and your husband spent the entire time ignoring you and talking to your friend, leaving you to feel awkward and left out it would have been unacceptable behaviour, so why would he/they find it acceptable during sex. Did you tell them to continue as you left or did you just walk out?
