My boyfriend makes people think I am crazy and a bitch to him

Ok I don't know if anyone will bother to read this or not but this is where I am in my life and asking strangers for some kind of direction or advice at least. Almost afraid of what I may hear back if anything but here goes. I am 36 years old and I am in a relationship that began 3 years ago. I love him and I believe he loves me but lately I don't know why he does the things he does. I know I am often the least important thing to him as far as my needs or wants and even often hearing what I have to say even if I am asking him a question. I will have to ask him several times before I get an answer if I ever get a response. So then when we are around other people especially females he always has this sneaky eye thing going on where he is repeatedly looking up at them or over at them. Then whatever they say he does not miss a beat heard every word responds even if with a chuckle all of a sudden he hears and sees and even responds. I forgot the part about how he hardly ever looks at me when I am talking to him either. I am wondering if he is doing this shit on purpose and trying to piss me off so I appear to be mean to him or some crazy bitch and he play off their sympathy. What can o do to stop this ?

I went through a break up three days ago. I have been going through a depressive episode lately and towards the end of our relationship he started to get very vocal about the fact that my sadness is making him very miserable. Finally he broke up with me for the same reason, and I still can't get over the fact that he used that as a reason. Whatever your guy is doing, is obviously not right, but before you do anything else, you need to call him out on it. Try it when you're alone first, if you don't get a positive response, you try it when you see this kind of behaviour in public. Don't be mean or bitchy, even if you're dying to be, just quietly point out that he's not doing the right thing. If that doesn't work either, do the exact same thing to him. Basically don't ever let him take you for granted like that, and don't go on thinking that he loves you if you're feeling like this. You could try the things I said, and if it's just a phase with him, it'll stop, if it's not, it's time to leave. He might have loved you, but if he starts acting like this and continues to no matter what you do, there's no love left anymore. All the best.
