Jealous

I need an advice on how to take away grudges. I think I am swallowed by my jealousy to the extent that I hate to see the face of my officemate who happens to be my housemate too..

Well why are u jealous of this person?? Usually if someone has jealousy towards someone they need to work on building up their own self esteem but don't know how to give u any advice if u don't tell me a little bit about why u feel this way.

Well, I guess it was started when she admitted that she has also a crush with my crush when I noticed that she's getting close with the guy.. I thought it was OK then.. My annoyance towards her trigger every time she acts like a child that she won't talk to us whenever she feels she's being bullied, well it was a friendly bullying within the peer group..
