College freshman, feeling overwhelmed

I just finished my first semester at a university, and it went well but this second semester is much harder and I'm having a hard time balancing everything. I'm currently enrolled in 14 credits and I work 25 hours a week and I just don't know if I can handle it. I'm a pre nursing major and I just failed my first microbiology exam, and I've never failed an exam before in my life. on top of that, I have a huge essay to write that I haven't started yet and it's due in a week. also, I've just started dating (I never really have before) and multiple guys are interested in me and I don't know how to handle even one. I'm just extremely stressed and overwhelmed and I feel like a failure, I don't know what to do or how to make time for everything.

First get your priorities right .Maybe 14 Units and working is to much. Check with oyur counselor and explain your situation, can you drop any classes and take then next semester. Can you work only 20 hours a week rather than 25? Regarding you microbiology exams can you retake it? if not see if a tutor would be of help. Put your education first, dating is a distraction and will consume time you don't have right now.
