Concerning behavior of 22 year old daughter no motivation

My 22 year old daughter dropped out of college 2 years ago. She did start taking 1-2 classes online this semester but has no desire to interact with people. She works avg 15 hrs a week in a small business. Most of her time is spent playing video games, sleeping, drinking wine. She seems content with this lifestyle but I am concerned that she is spending too much time alone and doesn't have any motivation or desire to do something better with her life. How can I help her? Thank you

I have ever been in that situation. The only solution I know is change her world. Bring her to new community, new activity, find her passion, style, etc.

Maybe see if you can talk to her about how things are going in other aspects of her life..? Keep an open and caring relationship with here could help the most. Maybe something is going on that she is not saying? This is good to hear she is working at least; not totally isolated from the world. I think if you explain to her that you are concerned about her being alone too much, she might open up and talk to you about it. The sleeping can be a sign of depression - I know this all too well myself. I don't have kids of my own, so I hope you don't mind me saying something here, but I really wanted to offer support to you. Good luck and I hope you are able to become closer to your daughter and hopefully get to the root of this.
