Trust and cheating

My boyfriend dont trust me just because he thinks that im cheating on him. Well im not and i want your help to tell me how can i prove it to him that im not cheating on him? :( im really upset because i dont know how to prove it hope someone give me a helpfull answer :( x

Your boyfriend is suffering from insecurity and sadly this is his problem not yours. Perhaps you can persuade him to seek counselling. If he doesn't do something he may cause the very thing he dreads because as much as you want to convince you will tire of this jealosy which is destructive and negative to your relationship. A good relationship involves absolute trust. Remember this is not your fault and if the situation does not improve you may have to consider finding a less destructive relationship.
