Help me with that problem please

me and my boyfriend are together for a month but all the time when we make love it hurts but after a while it stops. it feels like a 1st tyme everytime we make love but i dont know why :/ i told him once but dont want to get him worried. it hurts for a bit and then stops. i dont know why's that but i dont want to go doctors.
