Don't know what me and my kids gonna do

I'm very scared, i dont no what to do, my light bill is 1,400 and i get ssi but i have to pay rent and my rent is 575.00 leaving me with100.00 and i dont no how i'm going to pay it. And april they are going to shut them off and me and the kids will be in the dark, i'm scared at this time no food cant be cook if lights are off somebody please help me and my 2 kids if i didn't need the help i wouldn't be on here asking no one for help you can reach me at [e-mail address removed]
