Individual, Individual, Couple, and Family Therapy I am an integrative consellor drawing on many different approaches depending upon your unique indivdual needs. My way of working allows you the space to understand your symptoms and the underlying reasons for them at their source, so that you can begin to gain a new perspective into the problem and successful areas of your life, and movement happens at a pace which is right for you, allowing you to experience and understand yourself in a new and deeper way as you evolve into your true self.
