Hello Friends – just wanted to share my experience . It was my First job after doing my masters. Extremely innocent did not realise how stress could spoil my entire life. My very first job involved a highly abusive boss and a deadline oriented stressful work. I knew within a month I should just quit but I never listened to my intuition & finally it was too late. Quit after 3 months – Totally Depressed & full of fear & lack of interest for life . Sat a home without working - living off my parents money. Took many many jobs but as soon as someone yelled at me – just quit ( within 3 months ! ) But at the same time I kept searching for answers - joined Art of Living – went for Vipassana – started meditations etc. nothing really helped. One of my uncles who reads palms read my hand and mentioned I was searching for something and doing lots of research - & he was correct was searching for happiness that I had lost ! Miraculously one day I met my old friend and he casually mentioned about Soka Gakkia (Nicheren Daishonins Buddhism ) – the mystic Law of Cause and Effect - Taking COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY for your life- If you are presently suffering Only You are currently responsible for your suffering & Only You can convert this Poison into Medicine. Not trying to promote any religion but this ‘would’ help My suggestion pls try to learn more about this philosophy and try and get connected to them. Thanks, IM

Interesting. <<health, courage, wisdom, joy, desire to improve, self-discipline>> People don't really have a desire to improve. This is confusing me. They cling to what they believe it to be true, and they want comfort, they are not seeking the truth, they are not letting go of the lie, how do you give someone the need to be better??!

Why can't I edit my post here?? Whatever, I made a quotation but it didn't show. It's from Wikipedia, "Our health, courage, wisdom, joy, desire to improve, self-discipline" these are all about our energy, and our life force as the teachings describe. But it is so much easier to be logical, and not care about energy or life force...
