Where do I go from here?

So I've known this girl for a long time. She had been my older sisters best friend since as long as I can remember. She and my sister are both 5 years older than me. She's 29, I'm 24. Anyway, she still lives in the same town as I do and after my sis moved away we started hanging out a bit more and I found myself having feelings towards her. Unfortunately since she had this long background with my sis (who would absolutely shit if she knew I had feelings for her) I had never had the balls to tell her. On top of that she had been on and off with guys and I never really felt like I was up to par with some of them she had been with. So fast forward to Friday night. I just got hired on at a new job so after work on Friday I met a few of my friends out to have some drinks. Well she text me told me that she was out and that if I got over her way to let her know and we'd meet up. Fortunately for me we were headed her way at the time. Once we met up I was actually in the middle of taking absinthe shots with a friend of mine. (I know, but i was celebrating. Cut me some slack). Fast forward to a couple hours later where we had ended up at another bar. By this time I was pretty drunk, but still coherent enough. My friends had stepped out side to smoke and it was just me and her. Something came over me and I broke down and told her I was in love with her. She giggled and told me a was just drunk and I told her I was dead serious. I also vaguely remember what happened after. She text me the next morning to see if I had made it home. I told her yes and apologized for "my drunk mouth"...now I'm not sure what to do...any advice would be greatly appreciated

Just ask her out. :) The worse that can happen is that she says no. Also by giving it some time after what happened at the bar is good. Then she won't be afraid you are "moving too fast."
